This extra luggage has to be eased out from our bodies for its proper function.

It implies that you should restrict the intake of Calories, so that you do not put on additional weight, than the ideal weight for healthy. By such exercise you can certainly reduce a few pounds from your body. But more than this, it is better to take food which does not add extra Calories. If you are aware of the Calories that you must get rid of, it will help planning your food intake. But do understand that Calories are not a bad thing. In fact they are required to give you energy and carry on day to day work. The problem comes only with storage of extra Calories in the body, which translates into putting up weight. Calories come from the food we eat, and therefore we should control the kind of food, and do not take which have plenty of Calories. By taking food which has optimum level of Calories you are helping your body to maintain good health.

It is not only the food that we take that we should guard, but we should regularly involve in exercise or physical activities, so that you that lose weight which is not needed. By exercise you are burning the extra Calories. It helps you keep in good shape, without getting burdened by extra weight. If you care about the way you look in public, this is of great importance. A healthy lifestyle, with healthy habits of regular exercise, a goodbye to sedentary will give you a healthy life and healthy look.
