Rates
•Short notice reservations of 30 days or less are required to pay in full at time of booking.
•We require a deposit of $300.00 per cottage.
•Boat and motor reservations require a $100.00 deposit per boat.
•Deposit can be Visa, Mastercard or cash.
•Please be prepared to pay the balance upon arrival by Visa, Mastercard, Debit or cash.
Refunds:
•No refunds given for late arrivals or early departures.
•Cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival, will be refunded their deposit less a $25.00 administration fee.
•Please note that guests not showing up at a pre-arranged date and time without notice constitutes a no-show and will be liable for 100% of the cost of the vacation.
Check In and Check Out:
•Weekly check in time is 3:00 p.m. Sat. Check out time is 9:00 a.m.
•Weekend check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
•Daily Rate - Minimum of 2 Night Stay, and 3 Nights for Long Weekends
•Please be prepared to check out on time, we need time to clean for the next guests.
Boat Rentals:
•All boat rentals require a damage deposit payable on arrival by Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.
•You are responsible for all damage however caused.
•Major damage will be quoted by a licensed marine mechanic and will require payment prior to check out.
•Damage deposit will be refunded at check out if boat is damage free and clean.
